The following ingredients are required for about one liter of finished natural antibiotic:

  • 2 tbsp blossom honey
  • 700 ml organic apple cider vinegar (naturally cloudy)
  • 70 g onions (finely diced)
  • 25 g garlic (fresh, finely grated)
  • 25 g ginger (fresh, grated unpeeled)
  • 15 g horseradish (freshly grated)
  • 27 g turmeric root (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (freshly ground black)
  • 17 g chili peppers (fresh, very hot, finely chopped)

The individual preparation steps

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly and cut into small pieces, chop or grate and place in a bowl.
  2. Filling the mixture, preferably in a mason jar.
  3. Top up the mixture with the apple cider vinegar until it is completely covered.
  4. Shake vigorously and then store in a cool, dry place for 14 days.
  5. The glass should be shaken regularly during the two weeks.
  6. When the 14 days are up, the vinegar is poured through a sieve into a bottle so that the solid ingredients are filtered out.
  7. Squeeze out the solid ingredients well to get as many active ingredients as possible.

It is advisable to wear gloves during preparation, as the spiciness of the ingredients can damage the sensitive skin of the hands.
